27FIT BODY TRANSFORMATION
This is an express program aimed at improving and strengthening your mental and physical health, and at weight loss with completely guaranteed results in 27 days, by creating healthy habits that lead you to a fully healthy lifestyle. This program is developed with four workout sessions and one recovery session per week.
27FIT GROUP CLASS (KIDS & OLDER).
The 27FIT GROUP program is designed for all ages, featuring small, semi-personalized groups with individual loads, created based on the results of physical evaluations. You work with groups of your own age, whether you are a child or a senior. The program is created according to your qualities and physical abilities and your progress; we are the ones who adapt to you. We accompany you until we achieve your goal together.
27FIT INTEGRAL FUNCTIONAL SENIORS
Created for the elderly, this program is designed to develop and strengthen physical capabilities that we thought were lost. The program is based on cardiovascular exercises, aerobics, running, coordination, and HIIT, and aims to strengthen your physical and mental health.
27FIT ELITE PRO
Program designed for high-performance athletes, regardless of the sport you practice. The plan involves carrying out a series of specific tests, and based on these, the program is developed. This plan includes recovery sessions led by our professional staff to ensure that the dosage of the loads is appropriate and does not interfere with the loads you carry out in your training field.
27FIT NUTRITION
Nutritional assessment and recommendations provided by professionals in the field, aimed at improving your eating habits and positively influencing your health and athletic performance.
27FIT RETURN SPORTS
Special sessions that assist in post-surgical processes, in the physical and therapeutic aspects, with high-end professional equipment and machines, tailored according to the injury or surgery performed. Our goal is to help you regain body mass, recover your strength, balance, and create a prevention and education program for pre-ABS in your training sessions outside of our comprehensive center.
27FIT TRANSFORMATION
Focused on size reduction, weight loss, fat burning, and body toning, the TRANSFORMATION program includes 3 sports sessions per week and 16 EMS Sculpting sessions per month. The cost is $1800.
27HBL RECOVERY
Deep Tissue Massage, This program is focused on injuries caused in your daily activity, due to sports overload or stress. It consists of an evaluation and from there being treated with our professionals.
